Our practice is fully computerized for optimum efficiency and our reception area provides parents and family members with a comfortable environment to enjoy the latest magazines and journals. A beautiful marine fish aquarium in our reception room is a source of much curiosity for children and grown-ups alike. Can you find Nemo?

Our clinical area is open plan with a floor to ceiling windows to provide a bright and relaxed environment for our patients. A semi-private treatment chair is also available for our adult patients. We also provide a special toothbrushing area (and toothbrushes!) for your convenience. This enables our patients wearing braces to clean their teeth prior to each appointment with us.

It is very important to us that we do not keep you waiting. We have a well structured scheduling system that allows us to run on time and still see the maximum number of patients, particularly during the busy after-school appointment period. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we see each patient at the time of his or her scheduled appointment. Your time is valuable – it should not be wasted sitting in our reception area.

From the time you first contact our practice, you will find that we are committed to excellent communication and dialogue with our patients and their parents. We strive to provide you with as much information as possible before, during and after the orthodontic treatment process. We will provide you with verbal and written summaries of proposed treatment plans before commencing treatment as well as written information pertaining to the various aspects of the different treatments we provide.
